Good day kitesurfing community,
Coastline Kitesurfing is looking to complete its team for the summer season in pumping and thriving Cape Town, South Africa. We are Swiss-run and operated:
- Experienced IKO head-instructor to oversee its operations and lead the team
- Experienced IKO instructors level 1 and above
- Experienced wave instructors – for wave lessons and wave camps
We are ideally looking for candidates who have had previous experience kitesurfing/teaching in Cape Town or who are at least used to teaching in waves.
We are offering beginners to advanced kitesurfing classes, advanced wave riding classes, master classes and wave camps.
We are looking for an enthusiastic head-instructor (head instructor team) with at least 2 - 5 years of kitesurfing experience in teaching and guiding a team of instructors.
What we are looking for in our instructors/head-instructor:
- Friendly
- Passionate
- 2-5 or more years teaching experience (in wave conditions a big advantage)
- IKO level 1 - 2 Certified (Or higher)
- Past experience leading a team (head-instructor)
- Knowledgeable when it comes to kitesurfing gear
- Self-motivated
- Flexible
- **Reliable**
